Death Wish, also known as "Green Deadpool," is a character from the Marvel Comics universe. His first appearance was in Deadpool #12 (2013).
He is a former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent named William Stryker (not the more famous William Stryker of X-Men fame) who underwent experimental procedures. He acquired the ability to absorb and weaponize the powers of other mutants. This ability makes him a potent threat.
Death Wish clashed with Deadpool due to his warped sense of justice and extreme methods. He often tries to punish others he sees as deserving of punishment. He is a powerful adversary whose abilities are as volatile as his sanity.
